No. Payments are processed by the licensed provider and settle directly into your own paybill, till or bank account. We provide the software and the integration.
No. Our WhatsApp chatbots run on each client's own WhatsApp Business account and only message customers who have opted in, in line with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy.
Your data always belongs to you. Ownership and licensing of custom code is set out in the project agreement.
